What if I need a change bigger than my allowance?

I will quote it upfront before doing anything, so there are no surprises. Small edits are included; larger projects are agreed and billed separately.

Do you maintain sites you did not build?

Usually, yes. I review the site first to check it is something I can safely support, and tell you honestly if anything needs fixing before I take it on.
