Privacy Policy
Last updated: 8 June 2026
This policy explains how AsadBiz ("we", "I") handles your personal data when you use this website or get in touch. AsadBiz is the data controller for the information described here. For any privacy question, email hello@asadbiz.co.uk.
What I collect
I only collect what I need to respond to you and to run the site safely.
- Enquiry form: your name, business name, email, phone, website, town or city, the services you select and your message. You also confirm consent to be contacted.
- SEO grader: the business name, website address and optional town and niche you submit, and, if you ask for the full report, your name and email.
- Technical data: your IP address and basic request information, used briefly to prevent spam and abuse of the forms and the grader.
- Analytics: anonymous or aggregated usage data about how the site is used (see the cookie policy).
How I use it and my lawful basis
- To reply to your enquiry and provide a quote, on the basis of your consent and our steps to enter into a contract.
- To send you the grader report you requested, on the basis of your consent.
- To keep the site secure and prevent abuse, on the basis of legitimate interests.
- To understand and improve how the site performs, on the basis of legitimate interests or consent where required.
I do not sell your data, and I do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.
Who I share it with
I use a small number of trusted providers to run the site. They process data on my behalf under their own security and privacy terms:
- Vercel: website hosting and privacy-friendly traffic analytics.
- Resend: delivering enquiry and report emails.
- Cloudflare Turnstile: checking form submissions are not from bots.
- Google Analytics: usage analytics, where enabled and consented to.
Some of these providers process data outside the UK. Where that happens, appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses are in place.
How long I keep it
Enquiry and lead details are kept for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows, then for a reasonable period for our records, after which they are deleted. You can ask me to delete your data sooner at any time.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to:
- access the personal data I hold about you;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data deleted;
- restrict or object to how it is used;
- withdraw consent at any time;
- ask for your data in a portable format.
To exercise any of these, email hello@asadbiz.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
See the cookie policy for what is stored in your browser and how to control it.
Changes
I may update this policy as the site changes. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
